With more than 24 years experience the Strength Team, under the direction of Mike Hagen, is a group of professional athletes who deliver the most powerful, cost-effective, and life-changing outreach in churches and schools today. We have literally seen thousands of people make decisions for Christ. We have helped hundreds of churches grow in ways they never had before. This past year alone we saw over 42,000 make commitments to Christ, 67 multi-night crusades, and conducted over 950 schools assemblies! In other words we find host churches that desire to reach lost people, we use the school assembly as the tool to impact and invite them to the Church sponsored events, we clearly share the love of Christ at these life-changing events, and your church makes an eternal impact in your community. We focus on three main areas: Method, Message, & Ministry.

Method – The team gives one of the most intriguing and exciting programs that draws in the curiosity and attention of people of all ages in the form of feats of strength and sharing of our faith. We do this in two main areas: Non-religious school assemblies and Church outreach events. The Strength Team has a widely acclaimed national School Assembly Program. We use this tool as a way to invite kids, parents, and adults to the evangelistic-focused, high-impact, local church sponsored events. Focusing on families and people of all ages the Strength Team events can help bring hundreds of people to your church doorstep.

Message – The Strength Team shares the uncompromising message of the good news of Jesus Christ. This clear message of salvation by grace through faith is timeless and speaks to the people of all generations. Our feats of strength are simply the bridge we use to be able to share that message.

Ministry – The Strength Team exists to serve the local church through evangelism. We present Christ with passion and clarity pointing all to follow Jesus. We help the local church follow up decision through our “Back Stage Pass” program. This is a forum for new believers to meet the Strength Team, Church leaders, and others to help them take the next steps in their faith journey. We are also available to aid in believer baptism services following our events.
